Expression Media Reader crashes

I am having problems with Expression Media Reader 2 crashing repeatedly (blue
screen followed by computer restart). Is this a common/known problem? Can
anyone offer any advice?

HI,

Did your PC or MAC meet the minim requirement for running EM??, does your
Hardware have any driver failure or driver are old??, I used to have the
same problem, but it's gone after I upgrade my graphics card with graphics
card that support DirectX ver. 9.0, and I add memory (from 1GB, to 2Gb).
Hope this can help you if not, let me know we try something else.
